take three truck iner tubes
in flate them until they are full "make sure they all are the same size and presure"
then take any cheep plywood and cut three circles out that are 2inches biger than the tupe onall sides
then take two by fours
and screw the plywood cicles together likea triangle then take two inch pvc pipe andrun it to all the circls in a triangle
then get a vacume style air pumpand run it through the pvc that should make it hover
then its up to you to make a perpultion unit.
