first to build the hover craft you will need a leaf blower, a large piece of ply wood, some tear proof vinal or preferably very flexible rubber.
take the leaf blower and remove the long tube thing. then take the plywood and make a hole big enough so you have to push the blower in. shape the ply wood so its not huge but not tiny. next use a staple gun to atach your rubber or vinal skirt. crank up the blower and hang on.
p.s. you can upgrade to have steering by making a rudder for the blower.
