Remote Desktop Assistance in Windows XP. (RDP) Add the following to settings.ini file. This setting is for allowing someone remotely to access your XP client pc for assistance. Make sure you disable pppshar security settings (#useallow should be false) Go to PPPsharPro-->Security #rdp service=rdp map=tcp host=EnterClientPCIPHere listen=3389 remote=3399 enable=yes Save and restart pppshar. Your XP client pc is now enabled for Remote Assistance.
