Realtick Trading Software

Configuring RealTick software to go through PPPshar proxy. In the tal.ini file, you must add a line in the [PERMCACHE] section. The line in the [PERMCACHE] section must name the IP address of the PPPshar computer, and http proxy port, which is 80 (pppshar default http port) Add the following line to the [PERMCACHE] section of the tal.ini: ProxyServer=192.168.0.1:80 Note: If you have problems with the above configuration, remove the above setting in tal.ini and use Realtick through Sockscap. Sockscap is a freeware application that will allow any software to access the Internet as if it is directly connected to the Net.
