Norton LiveUpdate

Open Norton Antivirus Program Click the LiveUpdate icon Then click on the "Configure" button Select the "Proxy" tab Enable the option "I want to customize the proxy settings for LiveUpdate" You will then get the proxy options. Under "HTTP proxy" tick the checkbox that says"Use proxy server for http" Type your pppshar/gateway machine IP address under "Address" field and enter 80 in the port field. Click on the "Apply" and OK button to save the settings.
