By accessing this website, downloading our software (free or Pro versions), or purchasing any product or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable regulations. Courts located in Chennai, Tamilnadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. License Grant

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software.

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or modification.
• No resale or redistribution.
• No unlawful use.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final. No cancellations or chargebacks permitted.

Duplicate payments must be reported with proof to support@pppindia.com.

Transaction processing fees (including Razorpay, Paypal gateway charges) are non-refundable.

6.Payment Gateway Compliance Clause

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details. Users agree to comply with Razorpay's and PayPal's terms and payment authentication requirements.

7. Disclaimer

Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.

9. Termination

We may terminate license access if Terms are violated.
